The Housing & Economic Development Division is responsible for assisting with affordable housing programs and services in the community.  Through a joint County and City of Hollister Memorandum of Understading (MOU) the Housing & Economic Development Division administers and/or co-administers with the City of Hollister Redevelopment Agency (RDA) the following housing programs and services:

1. Inclusionary Housing First-Time Homebuyer (FTHB) Program
2. HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Down Payment Assistance Program
3. Hollister Second Down Payment Assistance Program (HSP)
4. Hollister Neighborhood Stabilization Program (HNSP)
5. Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention Counseling Services
